Lancaster, PA
Last month, my little family traveled to the DC area to attend a wedding in Lancaster. We had decided to make an extended adventure out of the trip with a few days in Lancaster and then some time in Washington D.C. Why not! Our daughter is at an age where she can take in the sites and really have those experiences make an impression on her. When booking the trip, we didn’t consider Lancaster at all. Most of the planning was Washington D.C. focused. What museums to visit? What tours to do? What friends to call?
Washington D.C was lovely, but Lancaster was sublime. The AirBnB we rented for a few days lulled us into loving the town. Little did we know our hearts would linger in this cute little city for the remainder of our trip. Oh Lancaster, Pennsylvania! I never knew how lovely you were and now I will never unknow your charms!
